The filmmakers used what was already available to them
Story
After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to a small Miles County town to target a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. Scenes from the movie “Terrifier”; haunted house was filmed at a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Art’s favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he keeps in a clear glass bottle. It is a super acid that can dissolve even glass.
Art the Clown:
The central scene takes place in a mental hospital with Chris Jericho as security guard Alan Burke and Lea Voisey as a nurse. .. The German DVD and Blu-ray releases from Tiberius Film are shortened by approx. three minutes to secure the title “Not Under 18”; rating (this was necessary because the guidelines for video releases are stricter than theatrical releases).

What happened was not that
(BMI). So I went into it hoping it would be the same format as the first one. A psycho clown meets strangers and takes them out in terrifying fashion for 90 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, the brutality was turned up to 11 and they were a little more fun.
But there were really long scenes
And I realized that they did this to create a plot and a story that would be worth following. They even created plot devices that at first glance made it seem like this was going to be one hell of a sequel. But by the time the credits rolled, no questions had been answered, no plot had been resolved. It’s so disappointing I could really go on and on, but why bother.
